And it seems to be working too, which is more than mine did! :-)
It worked for me, but it took a bit of coding....
I can actually post comments now without Norton blocking it.
I'll have to investigate what code you used to see if I can resize this text.
Try fiddling with the .comment-body style class, i.e. add a statement like .comment-body {font-size: 80%;} to the style near the top of the template. You might want to add/change the #comments ID instead - it is up to you. I hope this makes sense.
