Impressive
Just performed an act of ITsupport from the top deck of a number 96 bus. Without the benefit of being able to see any form of computer, using memory and educated guesswork and nothing else I've solved a problem!
The thoughts and views of a 30-something Software Engineer, Explorer-Scout Leader, and Lib Dem member. Well some of them anyway.

I'm imaging this .... so will you be opening a helpdesk for computer queries from the top of the No. 96 for your fellow bus users?
Well... I'm not on the number 96 that regularly. Sometimes it's the number 1 bendy bus. And I've never seen anyone attempting to use a computer on a First Leeds bus.
It's more the sort of help desk where you ring in.
If they're anything like a First Hampshire Bus in Portsmouth I wouldn't want to get my laptop out of the bag ... first bustop and you'd loose it. 30 - 0 in about 10ft. Then as soon as the ticket of the last person to get on has been taken its 0-30 as quick as possible (no regard if that last passenger was an OAP not so good on their feet ... unless you get a Polish driver, they're much nicer!!)

Exactly!
