Well done on completing the deal, it is quite an impressive birthday present to buy yourself. Hope you continue to enjoy it!
Ah the way these things work is you both sign, then the solicitors exchange contracts, then you complete.
The exchanging should be happening on Friday, with completion on 2nd Decmber. This may mean I have to skip the Christmas party at Beau in order to move in.
